2. Equipped with modern cooking equipment, cold rooms  and processes , the kitchen follows mandatory environment norms with its own ETP plant , RO and air cooling system .
3. The kitchen is HACCP certified and is accredited under international food safety guidelines following  food safety measures under the supervision of a trained microbiologist.

2. Introducing The Chef’s table - where the guests booking a function can actually dine inside the kitchen premises.
3. Enjoying all the comfort and service of the dining room, the table is situated inside the kitchen where chefs bring you all the selected dishes for tasting prior to finalizing the menu for your special occasion.
4. The tasting menu is served at the Chef´s Table, with each dish introduced and explained by the Executive chef and his colleagues.
5. The Chef's Table seats up to six to eight guests at a time.
